2. Products
The chairs are made to order, with a unique signature design. They are customized according to the client's specifications (such as color, material, finish,etc).

3. Orders
Orders are made through the "Contact & Quote" section of this website. The client is invited to send a message to request a personalized quote. A deposit of 40% is required to begin production, with the remaining 60% payable before delivery.

4. Exclusion of Right to Withdraw
In accordance with point 3 of Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal (cancellation or return).

5. Prices and Payment
The prices include customization and shipping fees, which are calculated based on the destination.

• All payments are made in euros.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, and cheque (for France only).
• Deposit: 40% at the time of order, with the remaining 60% due before delivery.

6. Delivery and Deadlines
International delivery is available. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume of the chairs. The delivery fees include insurance covering any potential damage or loss during transport. The client must report any issue within 48 hours of noticing the problem. Aaucla will handle the claim with the carrier and, if necessary, provide an appropriate solution to the client.

Production times vary depending on the complexity of the customization and are specified in the quote. The products are shipped in standard packaging once the production is completed, to the address provided by the client.

7. Warranty
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code.

8. Complaints and Disputes
In case of any complaints, the client is encouraged to contact Aaucla to seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the company’s registered office.

9. Intellectual Property
The name Aaucla is a registered trademark. Any unauthorized use of the name is prohibited.
