Products

  • In-stock products: Items listed on the Shopify website are unique, ready-to-ship pieces available for immediate purchase.
  • Custom-made products: For personalized items (e.g., specific finishes, colors, or materials), customers must submit a request via the “Contact & Quote” section to receive a tailored quote.

 

Orders and Payment

  • In-stock products:
    • Full payment is required at checkout.
    • Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, which accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed during checkout.
  • Custom-made products:
    • A deposit of 40% is required to confirm the order. The remaining 60% must be paid before delivery.

All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. AAUCLA does not store any payment information.

 

Delivery Policy

  • Shipping times:
    • In-stock products: Dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment.
    • Custom-made products: Production and delivery timelines will be specified in the quote.
  • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout for in-stock products and included in the quote for custom-made items.
  • Damage reporting: Any damage or issues must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product. AAUCLA will assist in resolving claims with the carrier.

Shipping fees include insurance to cover loss or damage during transit. Delays caused by carriers or external factors are beyond our control.

 

Return and Refund Policy

  • In-stock products:
    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued after the product has been inspected and approved.
  • Custom-made products:
    • Due to their personalized nature, custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If a returned product is found to be damaged or incomplete, no refund will be issued. The product can be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

Account Creation and Security

Customers may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. AAUCLA is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

 

Warranty

All products are covered by:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity.
  • The warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

 

Complaints and Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact AAUCLA at contact@aaucla.com to resolve complaints amicably.
  • If no agreement is reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where AAUCLA is registered.

 

Intellectual Property

The name "AAUCLA" is a registered trademark. All designs, logos, and product images are the property of AAUCLA and may not be used without written consent.

Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes data provided during account creation, checkout, or communication with AAUCLA.
